Built to protect our global distribution network and their retail customers, BODO’s official warranty provides full transparency on material and manufacturing defect coverage under normal use. We ensure fair, prompt claim handling to keep your after-sales operations running smoothly.
We offer a standard limited warranty on all e-bikes, e-motorcycles, e-tricycles, and their parts purchased directly from the BODO website. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues. Within the warranty period, defects in parts caused by BODO will be repaired or replaced free of charge from the date of product delivery. Customers must provide original proof of purchase to demonstrate the purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Warranty Policy & Replacement Protocol:
All warranty terms commence from the official date of delivery. BODO provides complete manufacturer coverage for core powertrain and structural components—including the frame, motor, battery pack, and controller. This policy strictly excludes failures resulting from operational misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized technical alterations.
To ensure rapid resolution, partners must submit visual evidence (high-resolution photos or video clips detailing the defect) via email. Warranty replacement parts will be authorized and dispatched promptly upon visual technical verification by our engineering team.
